By using this website and placing an order with Divine West Gallery, you agree to the terms below.

Our work. Every piece is described as accurately as we are able, including artist, medium, and dimensions. Because these are original and handmade works, natural variation in color, texture, patina, and stone is part of the piece and is not a defect. Screen colors vary, so the piece you receive may differ slightly in tone from the photograph. If you would like additional photographs or condition details before you buy, contact us and we will gladly provide them.

Availability and pricing. Our gallery sells both in person and online, so a piece listed here may sell on the floor at the same time. If a piece is no longer available after you order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel an order placed against an error, with a full refund.

Title and risk. Title passes to you on payment in full. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

Authenticity. Works are represented as authentic and are sold as described. Documentation of provenance or authenticity is provided where available.

Intellectual property. All images, artwork, and text on this site are the property of Divine West Gallery or the represented artists and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Returns. Please see our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
