A painting is not a parcel. Every piece is packed by hand here at the gallery and insured while it travels.
How it is packed. Pieces are packed by hand at the gallery, and larger and more fragile works are professionally crated. Everything is insured in transit, and tracking is emailed to you when your piece ships.
When it leaves. Most in-stock pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days. Some of our jewelry is handmade to order, so allow up to two weeks on those. Large or high-value works can take longer to prepare. If you need a date on a specific piece, call or email us before you order.
Work that needs white glove. Furniture, oversize pieces and encaustic cannot travel by conventional carrier. Encaustic is made with oil and beeswax, and the wax must not freeze or overheat. Those pieces are delivered white glove and arranged one at a time, so call or email us about any of them before you order.
Outside the United States. International orders are arranged individually. Send us the piece and where it is going, and we will put a quote together for you.
Picking up in Santa Fe. If you are here, or passing through, select local pickup at checkout and collect your piece at 135 W. Palace Ave, Suite 104. It is ready in about 24 hours. We are open daily, 10am to 7pm.
Before you buy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the piece and of the packaging, keep the packing materials, and we will arrange repair, replacement or store credit, at the gallery's discretion.
