Turquoise Naja Navajo Pearl Necklace

A strand of large hand-formed round silver beads, visibly striated, leads to a pendant: a horseshoe-shaped naja below an upright stamped figure crossed horizontally by an applied silver arrow. One triangular cabochon, vivid blue with no visible matrix, is set in the pendant. Heavy repeating stamped linework and petal-like stamping at the naja terminals; matte silver with oxidation in the recesses. Turquoise and sterling silver. One piece, held at the gallery in Santa Fe.
