Turquoise and Coral Necklace

Necklace, centered on a large cluster arrangement. Stones include oval, freeform and teardrop cabochons in mixed greens and blues with brown matrix, interspersed with small red-orange teardrop stones. Each stone is bezel-set, with twisted wire framing and applied silver beading along the borders. Applique-style silver elements fill the spaces between settings. The silver reads matte with patina in the recessed areas rather than a high mirror polish. Made by K Y. Turquoise and sterling silver. One piece, held at the gallery in Santa Fe.
