Needlepoint Turquoise Ring

Ring with a diamond-shaped face filled with sixteen slender rectangular bar-cut stones set in vertical rows within the diamond. The stones are bright turquoise blue against a dark, nearly black background field between the settings. Small silver beads accent the edges and points of the diamond, and the band is a simple split shank. Silver is polished with a light patina in the recesses. Ring size 9 1/4. Hallmarked HH. One piece, held at the gallery in Santa Fe.
