BlackJack & Golden Hills Necklace

Three strands of graduated round silver beads support a central cluster pendant. The pendant centers on a teardrop-shaped cabochon ringed by smaller oval stones in bright blue with brown matrix veining. Settings are bezels framed by twisted wire, with applied silver elements around the perimeter. The silver reads matte rather than mirror-bright, with darker patina collecting in the recesses between beads and settings. Made by K Y. Turquoise and sterling silver. One piece, held at the gallery in Santa Fe.
